Do You Have "Third Culture Kids" at Home ?

Konsekuensi yang harus kita terima dalam proses belajar menjadi dewasa.

You know that you have a Third Culture Kids (TCK) at home when...
  1. ... your children can not answer the question "Where are you come from? ".
  2. ... your children wore almost all their clothing as a child either have been used from others or were donated.
  3. ... your children speak at least two languages fluently, but they're not so good in grammatic.
  4. ... your children flew, before they could walk.
  5. ... your children have a passport a long time ago, however they don't have any driver's license.
  6. ... your children go the school every day, but they go to their "home" in the vacation.
  7. ... your children ask you, whether it is worthwhile to learn knowing new people, because they have to say goodbye in the future.
  8. ... your children always tell their friends that they will go "home" one day. They also talk about a place, where they've never gone before; however their whole family are living there.
  9. ... your children are impressed with the "tidy" and "controlled" jams in the highway.
  10. ... your children used to get the "Lebaran Ied Fithr" gift from the relatives first at the "Lebaran Ied Adha".
  11. ... your children have dreamed as a child of "main layangan", "kelereng" and "galaksin".
  12. ... your children feel nowhere at home.
  13. ... your children addressbook is thicker as their lexicon.
  14. ... your children are the world champion in the packaging.
  15. ... your children still use the sandals when the first snow falls.
  16. ... your children wash the plastic bags and make the aluminum foil clean: to make them usable again!.
  17. ... your children have the time zone table next to the telephone.
  18. ... your children taste Chlor and think about of fresh vegetable.
